Our story isn't about a single individual; it's about all of us working together to achieve something extraordinary. In life and in the business world, we've discovered that building a company transcends mere services. It involves creating solutions, embracing challenges, and nurturing a sense of togetherness within our team. Our path isn't devoid of mistakes, but each one has molded us into a stronger, more resilient collective and ingrained the importance of Psalm 127:1 on our hearts.

As a leader, I've found immense joy in witnessing men and women of all ages pursue their highest potential. Through them, God's touch reaches lives, and we learn to design with the ultimate designer and build with the ultimate builder. I'm humbled to play a small part in His grand plan, and my constant prayer is that we serve our King well.

Our Story
Our story began in 2017 with a fervent prayer and a bold dream. We prayed for a divine sign that our endeavor would be blessed, and we dreamed of creating an organization with a higher purpose—one that would glorify God, uplift countless families, and stand resilient through any economic storm.
God’s response was swift and clear. Within days, we received a call to place a "sign" in front of our home church, a tangible affirmation of His blessing on our vision. From that moment, our dreams started taking shape. Today, we are honored to be a faith-driven organization, providing a platform where employees and affiliates can hear the gospel and find purpose.
Our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. From a modest project worth just a few thousand dollars, we have grown to operate across multiple states, navigating through the challenges of COVID-19 and economic shifts with high interest rates. We've evolved from handling simple remodels and maintenance to leading federal projects.
This story isn’t one of individual achievement—it's a testament to divine grace and collective effort. The foundation of Arlos Group has been built with the help of many: an additional founding partner, dedicated employees, and invaluable mentors. Each has played a crucial role in shaping who we are and what we’ve become.
